The SEM 38344, Vinyl Prep is a combination of high strength solvents and water designed to pre-clean vinyl or plastic prior to painting. Vinyl Prep not only removes grime, waxes, and grease from the surface, but it also slightly softens the vinyl film and prepares the surface for a paint coatings such as with SEM Color Coat or SEM Marine Vinyl paints.
