HS-99 Plus Clear Coat provides excellent duraility and is resistant to environmental conditions such as sunlight and acid rain. Prime HS-99, Plus Clear Coat mixes 2:1 (2 parts Clear Coat : 1 part Activator.) Prime offers four speeds of activators for the Prime HS-99, Plus Clear Coat to choose from.
