This water white Clear Coat offers exceptional flow from the gun and provides excellent durability and is resistant to environmental conditions like sunlight and acid rain. HS-98LV High Gloss Finish Clear Coat has a VOC rating of 2.1 and meets requirements of the U.S. National Rule Automotive Refinish Regulation. HS-98LV Imperial Clear Coat mixes 2:1 (2 parts Clear Coat : 1 part Activator.) Prime offers three speeds of activators for the Prime, HS-98LV Imperial Gloss Clear Coat.
