The BC13 Meteor Maroon II Basecoat comes from the House of Kolor Shimrin Metallic Color Bases that can be used as a standard base-coat clear-coat finish that is ready to clearcoat or they can be used as a base for your custom creation using Kandy coats. In areas where VOC exemption is not required, any of the RU series reducers may be used.
Primer Recommendation: KD3000
Reducers: RU310, RU311, RU312, or RU313
